Ordering and Refund Policy 

 

Pick-up is in Apple Valley, MN. You will receive the address during check out. A video camera helps me monitor the porch. Don’t be surprised if you hear a “hello and thank you” when you pick-up, I’m slowly figuring out this technology.

All decorated cookies are heat-sealed and wrapped up ready for gift giving. Sealed

cookies will stay fresh for 2-3 weeks, and can be frozen in airtight containers for up to two months. Cookie designs are as shown. Because each cookie is made by hand,

designs and color may vary slightly. Covered sandwich cookies are in a paper liner and boxed. Fresh chocolate items are good for 7-10 days.

 

Cookies are made in a home kitchen operating under MN Cottage Food Laws and are not subject to state inspection. Kitchen is not allergen free. Inquiries at cookiesandmorebylisa@yahoo.com

If you cannot pick-up your order in the time frame you chose, notify be immediately by text or phone call to reschedule a time that works for both of us. 612-889-2211

COVID-19 pick-up guidelines: All orders will be porch pick-up. Each order will have your name on it.  In order to keep social distancing, I will try my best to stagger pick up times.  Please wait your turn if another person is picking up their order. My porch is enclosed with

a large window so you can see if someone is picking up.
